It’s so easy to feel like you get lost when you are one of 500 people submitting a resume and cover letter to an ATS system. It’s easy to feel discouraged when you send out a dozen emails hoping to connect with a hiring manger or recruiter, but don’t get a response.
What is easy for me, though, is knitting throughs and experiences into words. So, as I hunt for the perfect employment situation, I figured I would start a LinkedIn Series where I can show who I am beyond the bullets on a resume.
